Consulting THE COMPANY
Benchmark East Company (now Benchmark Ventures) was started in
October 1984 to provide management consulting to the Hi-Technology
and Services Industries. Benchmark consists of a small number
of people who have had many years of success in business. Their
wealth of experience is what makes Benchmark successful in
helping its clients improve their profitability and meet their
business goals. Understanding Benchmark's capabilities can best
be achieved by understanding some of the clients and projects

has worked on during the past several years. THE CLIENTS
In the USA some of the larger, national and international clients
have been: AT&T, Bell Labs, BellSouth, DEC, IBM, RAM Mobile
Data, and Signature Home Health Care. In Canada, the most well
known clients have been: ISM, Ricoh/Savin and Ventures West.
These clients represent large organizations that in revenue
size range from $50 million to billions of dollars. Benchmark has also worked with a large number of small businesses,
entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors, with sizes from $100,000
up to $2 million. Some of these reference clients are: Creative
Accounting, DeSisto Catering, Expocon Management Associates (exhibitions
and conferences), G. Zuckerman, Inc. (cosmetics), KPCW (radio

Benchmark has also worked with several non-profit organizations
including KPCW, The People's Health Clinic, St Mary's Church & The

Benchmark has worked for clients at many locations throughout

Park City, UT; Phoenix; Toronto; and Vancouver. THE WORK ASSIGNMENTS

many years of international experience and know-how to small
businesses or entrepreneurs. Benchmark’s experience helps
improve the operations and profitability of the business.Assignments
always include working intimately with the Owner to analyze
the business in relation to the Owner’s goals, and then
implementing organization, structure, and new processes to
the business. This proven Benchmark management process has
been well received by the Owners and has consistently resulted
in improved profits and increased productivity. In addition,

capability to manage and grow the business, at reduced levels
